Aquatic Water Safety

Ms. Craig loves swimming in the sea. We are very lucky to have the Burrow Beach right behind our school and most of us live very close to a beach too.

With the beautiful weather, which will hopefully last right through the summer, I’m sure lots of people will be spending more time on the beach and in the sea. You may even decide to take a dip in the paddling pool in your garden to cool down or have a bath before you go to bed.

It is very important that we know how to stay safe in the water. This week Splash the Bear and River the Otter are going to teach us how to stay S.A.F.E – Stay away from edges. With that in mind Ms Craig has set an art challenge to help you remember all that you have learnt with Splash the Bear and River the Otter….
